Champion Club Champions for a 3rd year in a row

Our team have done it again! For a 3rd year in a row Letchworth have claimed the title of Men's Champion Club. 

The event took place on Sunday 11th May at Stocks Golf Club and saw 20 Hertfordshire clubs represented. The LGC team consisting of Niall Johnston, Phil Dormer and Dan Banbury. 

At the halfway stage LGC were leading the way with a score of -7, with Phil Dormer on the lowest score of 69 -4 for the first round. 

After 36-Holes it was still LGC at the top with scores of 71 / 67 from Niall, 69 / 75 from Phil and 72 / 76 from Dan to combine with a total of 430 and 19 shots clear of the runners up, The Hertfordshire. 

The team will now go on to represent Hertfordshire in the England Golf Finals later this year.
