Course and Clubhouse
(Except in Lounge and Dining Room after 7pm)

Men may wear: Either a collared shirt, roll-neck shirt or collarless shirt (designed for golf) with either tailored trousers of any design or medium length tailored shorts worn with knee length sock or sports socks (predominantly white.) Socks are not required when wearing appropriate sandals or deck-shoes in bar area and patio between April and October.

Smart jeans, including blue denim, cargo shorts and trousers are allowed in the Bar area only.

Ladies may wear: Either shirts, blouses or tops (designed for golf) with either skirts or tailored trousers of any design or medium length tailored shorts worn with or without sports socks (predominantly white.)

Players must wear recognised golf shoes on the course at all times. (This rule may be varied for Juniors under 13 with the permission of the Junior Convenor.)
Dining Room and Lounge After 7.00pm
Formal dress must be worn:

for dinner after all Club matches; and
-
when formal dress is specified on the notification of the event.
FORMAL DRESS means:
For men: Tailored trousers, collared shirt, tie and jacket
For Ladies: Either a dress, or a shirt or blouse with tailored trousers or a skirt.
ON ALL OTHER OCCASIONS (including Sunday lunch) the dress shall be SMART CASUAL, which means:
For men: Tailored trousers, collared shirt, jacket and tie optional.
For Ladies: As for formal.
Unacceptable Dress Wear
The following are not acceptable for a member or visitor to the course or clubhouse at any time:

Sleeveless vests; football shirts; sun tops; bare midriffs; tracksuits; shellsuits; cargo shorts or trousers; trainers; coloured ankle socks worn with shorts and trousers tucked into socks.

Golf shoes must not be worn in the clubhouse at any time and shorts are not acceptable in the lounge or dining room after 7.00pm
